On the occasion of World Oral Health Day (WOHD) on 26th March 2025, an awareness talk was conducted at PHC Bahour to educate the general public and antenatal care (ANC) mothers about the importance of oral health. The session aimed to raise awareness about maintaining good oral hygiene, the impact of oral health on overall health, and preventive measures for common dental issues.
Approximately 20 beneficiaries attended the session, including ANC mothers and members of the general public. The talk covered essential topics such as proper brushing techniques, the importance of regular dental check-ups, and the effects of diet on oral health.
The session concluded with an interactive Q&A segment, where participants clarified their doubts and received practical tips for maintaining oral hygiene. The event was well-received, and the attendees expressed their appreciation for the valuable insights shared.
