WOHD ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED UNDER PHC QUEPEM GOA INDIA

A month long array of activities was conducted by Dr.Sneha Naik PHC Quepem, Goa ,India. These activities included school dental health check ups, oral health check up for children from a charitable trust, fabrication of IEC material to prevent tobacco usage and also promote brushing habits in children, fabrication of a jaw model to better explain brushing techniques, updates on social media for awareness, selfie booth to pique interest in children and their parents alike. 

The children were also given prints of TOOTHIE and crayons to color as per their choice to generate interest in the subject of oral health. 

Informative talk was conducted for the school children on the importance of oral hygiene as well.

DHS Goa was a great help in conducting these activities.
