NOHP Puducherry- An oral awareness and oral screening camp was conducted for the students of Tagore arts and science college .

World Oral Health Day 2026 On behalf of World Oral Health Day 2026, an oral health awareness camp was conducted in collaboration with Hope Organisation for the students of Tagore Arts and Science College at the Hope Office.
The program aimed to spread awareness about the importance of oral hygiene and overall dental health. An interactive session was conducted where students were educated on proper oral care practices. Brushing techniques were demonstrated using dental models, and common dental problems were discussed in detail.
Additionally, the harmful effects of tobacco on oral and general health were explained to create awareness among the students. Educational posters were displayed, and students actively participated in a signature campaign promoting oral health awareness.The theme “A Happy Mouth is a Happy Life” was explained, emphasizing the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene.A pledge emphasizing the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene was also taken by the participants.Oral screening done for 25 students . Total 30 participated and benefited .
