NOHP Puducherry- National Oral Health Day celebration with Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences, Puducherry

As part of *World Oral Health Day celebrations,* in colloboration with *Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences, Puducherry*  three month campaign from _January 2026 - April 2026_organized   a comprehensive oral screening and treatment camp was conducted for sanitary workers, emphasizing the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene.
  Oral health awareness sessions were delivered to nursing college trainees, along with community-based screening programs and Madrasa Primary School in Kottakuppam. A tobacco awareness camp was organized at Thavalakuppam, and special outreach programs were carried out in fishermen communities and Muthiyalpet. School health programs were also conducted at Surya International School and local Anganwadi centres. Training sessions for community college students and health talks for the public were held, benefiting nearly *3500* individuals through this collaborative initiative.
