NOHP puducherry-An dental orientation session was conducted for the MPH students at Jipmer

On the occasion of World Oral Health Day(WOHD) , a special dental orientation session was conducted for MPH students  at JIPMER , Puducherry on 30.03.2026. The session focused on creating awareness about the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene and its impact on overall health. The theme “A Happy Mouth is a Happy Life” was explained in detail, emphasizing preventive care and healthy habits. In addition, the objectives and key activities of the National Oral Health Programme and its contribution were introduced to the trainees to enhance their public health knowledge. The session was interactive and informative, benefiting nearly 35 students.
