NOHP Puducherry - Dental awareness session taken for the industrial workers of Metal Scope ( India) Private Limited ,Sedarapet.

An oral health awareness program was conducted at *Metalscope India Private Limited, Sedarapet* , Puducherry, on 16-04-2026 for staff and industrial workers. The program focused on promoting the theme “ *A Happy Mouth is a Happy Life,”* emphasizing the vital role of oral hygiene in maintaining overall health and well-being. An informative session was delivered on common dental problems, their prevention, and the importance of regular dental check-ups.
A practical demonstration of correct brushing techniques was given to help workers adopt proper oral care practices in their daily routine. The participants actively took an _oral health pledge_ , reinforcing their commitment to maintaining good oral hygiene. A _signature campaign_ was also organized to spread awareness and encourage collective responsibility towards oral health.
More than *230* workers participated enthusiastically in the program, making it a successful initiative. The session helped improve awareness and motivated the workers to practice better oral hygiene habits for a healthier life.
