In commemoration of World Oral Health Day 2026, the Department of Public Health Dentistry, Government Dental College & Hospital (GDCH), Mumbai, launched a comprehensive, high-impact community outreach initiative titled “GDCH, Mumbai: A Strategic Month of Action for Sustainable Oral Health and Healthier Lives” Aligned with the global theme “A Happy Mouth is… A Happy Life,” the campaign was implemented over a month period (20 March- 20 April 2026), aiming to strengthen preventive oral healthcare, enhance early disease detection, and promote sustained behavioral change across diverse population groups.
