DENTAL HEALTH PROMOTION PROGRAM IN CONJUNCTION WITH WORLD ORAL HEALTH DAY AT SELECTED KINDERGARTEN FROM THE NORTHEAST DISTRICT

Introduction

World Oral Health Day (WOHD) will be celebrated on March 20 every year. This year, the WOHD celebration was carried out with the message "A HAPPY MOUTH IS, A HAPPY BODY."

Objective

Giving awareness and exposure about dental health, preventive measures to dental disease at a young age, and attracting children's interest in the positive effects of dental care on life.

This program lead by Dr Muhammad Hamizan Bin Hasan Gani involving Kindergartens throughout the Northeast District.

Target groups :

The target group for this program is all preschool students from 7 Kindergartens throughout the Northeast District.
