WORLD ORAL HEALTH DAY IN BROD-POSAVINA COUNTY, CROATIA

he School and Adolescent Medicine Service of the Teaching Institute of Public Health of Brod-Posavina County, Croatia marked World Oral Health Day on March 20, 2025 in several primary schools in our county: Hugo Badalić, Ivan Goran Kovačić, Blaž Tadijanović in Slavonski Brod, Vjekoslav Klaić in Garčin and in the Nova Gradiška area in Davor, Orubica, Vrbova. Students and teachers, our nurses and doctors participated. We held lectures and workshops on the importance of oral health and proper tooth brushing technique. We distributed toothbrushes, toothpastes and leaflets to the students. The students participated with joy and confirmed this year's theme of World Oral Health Day "Happy mouth..happy mind!"
