Early Detection of Carious Lesions:
• Identification of early demineralization areas or white spots on teeth, early signs of cavities.
• Search for possible fissures or lesions on dental surfaces that may promote the progression of cavities.
Oral Hygiene Assessment:
• Observation of dental plaque and tartar.
• Advice on brushing techniques, flossing, and mouthwash use.
Advice and Referral:
• Personalized recommendations based on screening results (hygiene, diet, specialized consultations).
