NOHP Puducherry - World Oral Health day celebration in collaboration with Indira Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute, Kathirkamam.

As part of the World Oral Health Day Month celebration, a oral health, dental care, and tobacco awareness campaign was conducted in collaboration with Indira Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute, Kadirkammam, Puducherry . On March 28, a dental camp was organized at SRM Vidya Mandir by the Department of Dentistry in association with the Department of Community Medicine. Additionally,  a health education session was delivered to students of the Women’s Engineering  College, covering tobacco cessation, non-communicable disease risk factors, and the importance of physical activity. Awareness on HPV vaccination was also provided.  On the Overall , Nearly 897 students benefited from these campaign.
