On 04.02.2026, an oral health awareness talk was conducted at PHC Bahour under the AAM program for AN clinic mothers and the general public. Nearly 40 mothers and community members benefited from the session. The importance of maintaining oral hygiene from early childhood was explained, with emphasis on starting brushing habits at the right age. Healthy food habits that support good oral health were discussed, along with the effects of sugary foods and frequent snacking. Awareness about harmful oral habits such as thumb sucking, nail biting, and tobacco use was also provided. Mothers were encouraged to monitor and guide their children towards maintaining good oral hygiene practices.
