The Four Month Intensive Community Outreach Dental Camp was conducted as part of the ongoing efforts under the National Oral Health Programme to improve access to essential dental care services in underserved communities. The camp focused on early detection, prevention, and management of common oral health problems among the local population.
During this campaign various industries,colleges,subcentres of the particular community was also visited and given professional care and advice.Oral health awarness sessions within the premesis was taken on regular basis for the general public,patients of the NCD clinic,well baby clinic, antenal mothers by the dentist and team.
A team of dental professionals provided comprehensive services including oral screening, basic treatment, oral hygiene instructions, and awareness sessions on the importance of maintaining good oral health. Special emphasis was given to educating children, pregnant women, and elderly individuals about preventive care and healthy practices.
The camp witnessed active participation from the community, reflecting increased awareness and acceptance of oral health initiatives. The program concluded successfully with positive feedback, reinforcing the need for continued outreach activities to promote a healthier society.
